In your role as a Talent Sourcer, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
A seasoned in-house Talent Acquisition Sourcer with industry experience of 1- 5 years in total. Understand JDs and source profiles from defined sources, build connections and sources for given tech / platform stack Design, implement and use tools and techniques to improve profile match Perform initial validation of profiles against stated needs in requisition, validated profiles as per the specific JD and manage profiles in Valtech database / ATS on real-time basis.

Social savy to endorse Valtech as a potential employer in the market and also Valtech's opportunity. Be the cause of satisfactory candidate experience to candidates.
