In your role as a Technical Lead - Server & Security, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. What you do

A seasoned IT Infra Lead with 10+ years of industry experience with below spread of skills set.

Hands-on with setup, troubleshooting & migration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 Core Apps & Security and Compliance, VMware / Hyper-V Virtual Environment, Rapid7 / Sophos XDR / Microsoft Intune, Linux server administration (desirable). Backup system implementation and administration - Veeam / Acronis / Symantec-Veritas / AWS / Azure (desirable). Hyper-Converged Infrastructure with Azure / VMware / Nutanix (desirable), Cloudflare, Qualys VMDR, Nessus (desirable), Ansible / other DevOps tools (desirable).

Preferred certification:
MCSA / Microsoft Azure Administrator / AWS Solution Architect / VMWare VCA / VCP Datacentre certification, ISO 27001 / ITIL / CEH Certification, CISM/ OSCP certifications

Good customer servicing skills with fluent verbal and written english communication.
A team person with passion to solve IT Infrastructure and security problems.

What we ask for

Setup, support & maintain Windows Servers hosted in On-Premise & on AWS/ Azure Cloud. Security Analysis, Monitoring & Reporting of complete Servers, Networks and Applications hosted in On-Premise and Cloud. IT risk evaluation, mitigation planning/ implementation & reporting. Evaluate, document & present Information security requirements of external/ internal projects & recommend solution/ implementation. Issue resolution and escalation handling of support tickets via IT ticketing system. Work/ Co-ordinate with other IT team members to address related IT Infrastructure issues & document necessary information as per internal processes. Work with Internal and external customers for IT Infrastructure requirements gathering for servers & software setups, co-ordination, issue resolutions/ escalation handling. Liaison with third parties to address issues that may have dependencies (vendors, service providers & third parties). Providing incident response, monitoring & reporting internal IT Infrastructure servers, networks, and applications. Internal/ external VA/PT activities, reporting. Upgrade/ Patch servers and security software periodically, performance monitoring and tuning of servers and applications.
