As a SAP Commerce - Architect (Development Lead) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in solution's, designing, developing, and implementing SAP Commerce solutions that enhance customer engagement and experience. You will collaborate in an international environment, working closely with other experts to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you do

A seasoned SAP Commerce Architect and Lead the Development team with an industry experience on projects of enterprise grade. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in solution's, design, develop, and deploy robust SAP Commerce, Node JS, Typescript solutions. The role will require capability of leading architecture design, overseeing development teams, and ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives while mentoring a technical team to deliver quality outcomes.

Technical Skills:
8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a solution architect or tech lead. Strong expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and its core modules (PCM, WCMS, Checkout, etc.). Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with modern DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.

Define, design, and implement scalable architectures for SAP Commerce applications. Develop integration strategies between SAP Commerce, backend services, and third-party tools. Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and performance optimization. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve business processes and efficiency. Development Leadership: Lead the development of enterprise-level applications using SAP Commerce, Typescript, and Node.js. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Provide hands-on support for complex development tasks and technical challenges. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Communicate technical strategies and project updates to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Mentorship & Team Management:
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Build and maintain a high-performing development team through training, coaching, and regular feedback.
