Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in technology sector, preferably in automotive mobility, digital commerce, retail, data science & analytics etc.
What you do
A seasoned technical recruiter with minimum 6+ years of experience in an in-house set up or in combination of agency.
Experienced in managing end to end in-house recruiting cycle in a fast placed environment.
Sound command on multiple sourcing channels such as job boards (e.g. Naukri.com, Foundit.com), social professional platforms (e.g. Linkedin, Glassdoor), search engines (e.g. Google, Bing) with advanced capability of boolean search.
A seasoned negotiator with advance expertise in screening and shortlisting.
Effective communicator to respective stakeholders internally & externally.
What we ask
Own and be accountable to deliver against the assigned talent requisitions end to end with minimum supervision and guidance.
Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively to keep them updated on hiring progress.
Strategically source high potential applicants from various channels.
Screen and validate sourced applicants to generate a healthy applicant pipeline for assessment.
Conduct and manage applicant assessments and feedback.
Manage pre-offer documentations to offer the selections on time.
Raise offers and ensure on time roll-out and acceptance of applicant.
Engage joiners effectively to ensure on boarding.
Consistently meet the hiring SLA.
